This role will be remote, and we will send you a laptop, monitors etc, whatever you need to get set up remotely, or you can avail of our Bring Your Own Device Policy and work from your own preferred equipment.

The Role

Be part of Terminalfour’s BetterExaminations delivery team, supporting our higher education clients around the world on our exam management platform.

Working as part of an Agile product team, on a remote basis in either Spain or Poland, your role will focus on manual testing to ensure quality in our fast-paced releases. You should be passionate about quality & ensure we are always thinking about quality throughout the full development lifecycle. 



You will be responsible for primary testing of our product set to ensure the highest standards of quality, as well as assisting in the delivery of relevant documentation. The role will specifically involve the following:

  • Responsibility for the thorough testing of Terminalfour’s BetterExaminations product
  • Development of suitable test plans, guidelines, and requirements in order to provide a high level overview of the testing planned for any particular case
  • Complete and thorough issue reports
  • Construction of high level reports of the QA performed
  • Working closely with Product Owner to understand customer requirements
  • Act as a customer advocate within the team and testing with an end-user perspective


  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
  • Good understanding and experience of software testing methodologies
  • Ability to work independently, taking the initiative, as well as working in a team environment
  • Passionate about our customers & their experience in our product
  • High level of attention to detail

  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
