The Role:

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality bids, tenders, and proposals for two core products within a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Working closely with Sales, Product Development, Professional Services, Client Support, and Senior Stakeholders, you will develop clear, persuasive, client-focused submissions.

This is a busy, deadline-driven role where you’ll manage the full lifecycle of bids, SQs, RFIs, and RFPs—from initial review and requirements analysis through to writing, coordination, review, and final submission. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple bids at once, applying strong judgement, initiative, and attention to detail to keep work moving forward.

To succeed, you’ll bring prior experience in bid and tender writing, the confidence to hit the ground running, and a collaborative mindset suited to a high-performing team. Strong organisational skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential to making an immediate impact in this role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

  • Able to focus for extended periods when quality-assuring long proposals.

  • Strong organisation and time management

  • Calm and reliable

  • A fast learner who’s process-minded but creative when refining content

  • Collaborative team player

Skills and Experience Required:

  • C1-level English proficiency; additional languages (e.g. Dutch or German) are highly desirable

  • Proven experience writing and managing bids, tenders, or proposals, ideally within SaaS, technology, or Higher Education environments

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for drafting complex documents and managing shared files

  • Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and qualify relevant bid and tender opportunities

  • Strong experience drafting, editing, and reviewing high-quality content aligned to client needs and evaluation criteria

  • Ability to translate technical, product, and project information into clear, persuasive narratives and case studies

Ways of Working:

  • Confident coordinating with product, marketing, and sales teams to gather inputs and meet tight deadlines

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Proven experience managing multiple documents, compliance requirements, and multi-stage review cycles simultaneously

  • Strong quality assurance skills, ensuring proposals are accurate, consistent, and fully compliant

  • Experience contributing to and maintaining a central content library or knowledge management system

  • Comfortable presenting internally on projects, learnings, or process improvements

  • Comfortable with deadline-driven work and occasional overtime or early/late meetings across time zones.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using AI tools (including prompt design, AI-driven QA, summarisation, or drafting) as part of professional projects.

  • Experience with or knowledge of collaboration tools such as Responsive, Loopio, Jira, Confluence, OneDrive, Canva, etc.

  • Experience creating case studies, executive summaries, or marketing content for higher education or government audience
